With the strongly increasing number of complex, mission-critical networks we deployed, we got more convinced that superior quality is a fundamental requirement of customers; so we made it a promise to them. In 1999 the company was granted with ISO 9001 certificate for its research and development, professional customer service and flexibility of implementation. In 2002 RCT Ltd. received also ISO 9001/2000 certificate, which is with a clear orientation to a better customer service. (The certificate was issued by SGS ICS E.E.I.G.) |
